I wanted to let everyone know that yes the market is slow. But it is a perfect time to buy!! There are so many amazing deals out there! There probably won't be a bidding war! You can make an offer! It is a buyers market! And if you are looking to sell your home, yes you will not get as much for your home as a few years ago, but the one you are going to buy is less as well!
